Why HTA exists.
The short version: after watching a viral talent go unrepresented and badly looked after, I started HTA on a simple belief — you only get one shot, and talent deserves to be handled properly.
So we built HTA to be selective. A few of the right people, backed completely, rather than a roster nobody can give real time to. That's the whole idea — and it's still the way I run it.
